What is Kodo Link and what do you sell?

Kodo Link is your destination for trendy fashion and cutting-edge tech, accessories. Our products are heritage-inspired yet future-driven, shipped to your doorstep with ease.

Which countries do you ship to?

For now, we ship to Ghana only. We plan to expand to other countries in the near future

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We offer standard delivery which usually takes 10 - 15 working days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS to monitor your order's progress.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized, perishable, or personal care products cannot be returned unless defective. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we support MoMo payments only across all networks. All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and transactions must be completed before shipping. Payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

While you can browse our products without an account, creating one offers benefits like order tracking, faster checkout, and access to your purchase history. You must be at least 15 years old or have parental consent to use our services and create an account.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, we'll send you an order number via email and/or SMS and further give you updates on your product as every stage. You can also use this number to ask questions about your order.

What if I provide an incorrect shipping, address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
